Child Adolescent Family

  • hello!

Welcome. My name is Megan (she/her), and I am a Registered Psychologist based in Calgary, AB. As the owner and founder of Rundle Psychology, my practice is dedicated to supporting families throughout their unique journeys. I recognize that each family faces distinct challenges, and my goal is to provide tailored care that meets their individual needs.

I work with children (ages 5–17) and their families, offering both individual and family therapy. My clinical experience includes supporting families involved with multiple systems, as well as those navigating concerns such as parent-child relationship difficulties, intergenerational trauma, violence or aggression, and emotional or behavioural dysregulation. I provide psychological evaluations, including ADHD assessments and comprehensive mental health evaluations, with a particular focus on child and adolescent behavioural and adaptive functioning.

Common presenting concerns among families I work with include:

    Anxiety
    Divorce
    Adoption
    Depression
    Perfectionism
    Suicidal ideation
    Nonsuicidal self-injury
    Attachment concerns
    Aggression or violence
    Obsessive-compulsive disorder
    Sexually intrusive behaviours (ages 12–17)

If you recognize any of these concerns within your family, I commend you for taking the important step of seeking support. I look forward to connecting with you and exploring how we can work together to foster growth and well-being.
