I truly believe you are the expert in your own life. I am the co-pilot who can accompany you for a small chapter of your life. It is my goal to support you by using the strengths and skills you already possess. By harnessing these skills, and teaching you new tools, it is my privilege to support you towards your goals.

During our first meeting we will co-create goals that will be help support your treatment plan. During each session, we will check-in with these goals and adjust or develop them accordingly.
